I was never supposed to exist in both worlds.

Not like this.

Because in one world—the professional one—you’re taught that credibility comes from titles, degrees, and what can be proven.

And in the other…
you’re taught to trust what can’t be explained.

For most of my life, it felt like I had to choose.

Be taken seriously… or be fully myself.

But here’s the truth no one talks about:​

That choice is an illusion.

Because we are not one-dimensional beings.​

We are complex. Contradictory. Expansive.

​

And yet, the world will try to reduce you to a single identity it can understand.

​

I was born into a lineage of intuitive healers.

Which sounds beautiful… until you realize there’s no roadmap for that in the “real world.”

No degree. No corporate title. No box to check.

Just… knowing.

​

Knowing things you can’t always explain.

Feeling things before they happen.

Hearing what isn’t being said.

​

And for a long time, I kept that part of myself quiet.

Because the world I was stepping into—the one of government, leadership, media—didn’t have language for it.

​

I worked in public service.

​

I served as Nevada State Ombudsman for Human Trafficking, Domestic Violence, and Sexual Assault.

I worked alongside leadership at the highest levels of state government.

I was part of major media productions—Grammys, Super Bowl Halftime Shows, VMAs, Billboards- national broadcasts seen by millions.

​

On paper, it made sense.

​

It was credible. Recognized. Respected.

But underneath it all… there was another layer of me.

​

Watching. Sensing. Knowing.

And asking one question:

Is there a way to be all of this… at the same time?

That answer didn’t come from the boardroom.

​

It came from a teacher. In life we do not have friends or enemies - we have teachers.

​

A Buddhist master who, by all traditional standards… was a rebel.

He saw something most systems miss:

That wisdom was never meant to stay hidden in temples.

That dharma was never meant to collect dust in ritual.

It was meant to be lived.

Embodied.

Used.

And one day, instead of telling us to go deeper into practice…
he said something that changed my life:

“Go out into the world. You don’t need to stay here. Go serve.”

No permission structure.
No hierarchy.
No waiting to be “ready enough.”

Just responsibility.

So I did.

​

Since 2011, I’ve walked into rooms where my abilities weren’t understood…
and chose not to shrink.

I’ve learned how to translate intuition into impact.

How to sit at tables that value logic—and still honor something deeper.

How to bridge two worlds that were never meant to be separate.

​

Today, among other public services, I serve on the Board of Directors of a private organization made up of law enforcement professionals and intuitives… with one mission:

To help locate missing persons.

This is where intuition meets reality.

Where something unseen… leads to something found.

Where service is the only thing that matters.

And through my work as an intuitive energy practitioner and mindfulness coach, I help others do something many people are quietly struggling with:

Stop abandoning parts of themselves just to belong.

Because burnout doesn’t just come from doing too much.

It comes from being too little of who you actually are.

My greatest lesson wasn’t learning how to be intuitive.

It was learning how to embody it…

In a world that only validates what it can measure.

In spaces that prioritize accolades over alignment.

In systems that ask you to prove your worth before you’re allowed to own it.

But here’s what I know now:

You don’t have to choose between being respected… and being real.

You don’t have to disconnect from your truth to succeed.

And you don’t have to fit into a single identity to make an impact.

Because the future doesn’t belong to people who fit into boxes.

It belongs to those who are willing to break them—responsibly, intentionally, and in service of something greater.

And maybe the question isn’t:

“Which version of yourself should you be?”

Maybe the real question is:

What becomes possible when you stop choosing… and start integrating?
